Als junger Mensch mit Verantwortung für eine Familie hast du nicht immer die Chance, dich beruflich zu qualifizieren, da wegen deiner Familienpflichten eine Ausbildung in Vollzeit nicht möglich ist.
Hier setzt TEP – Teilzeitberufsausbildung Einstieg begleiten Perspektiven öffnen an!
Gemeinsam mit dir ermitteln wir deine Stärken und Neigungen, um dir so eine Orientierung zur Berufswahl unter Berücksichtigung des aktuellen Ausbildungsmarktes zu ermöglichen. Mit uns lernst du, deine Bewerbungsunterlagen zu optimieren und im Bewerbungsverfahren erfolgreich zu sein.
Im individuellen Coaching unterstützen wir dich beim Aufbau deiner Tagesstruktur, damit du die Anforderungen einer Teilzeitausbildung bewältigen kannst.
Gemeinsam mit dir finden wir einen Weg, die Betreuung deines Kindes / deiner Kinder sicher zu stellen. Nach Aufnahme der Ausbildung unterstützen wir dich bei der Stabilisierung des neuen Tagesablaufes.

ca 4-6 Monate - Stabilisierung des Ausbildungsverhältnisses
ca 6-8 Monate
